Shinrin-yoku
Engage all your senses as you fully embrace the tranquil atmosphere of the forest. Allow your body and mind to relax and rejuvenate, achieving harmony with the surrounding nature. We’ll reflect on our relationship with the natural world—how we interact, exchange energies, and reciprocate its generosity.
