Ola Przybysz
Ola is, without question, one of the most inspiring figures in Polish women’s climbing.
Bold, endlessly curious, and fueled by a true spirit of exploration, she spent many years living in China—where Asia became the stage for some of her most ambitious and boundary-pushing climbing projects.
It was there that she completed numerous first ascents of difficult routes, culminating in her greatest achievement to date: the ascent of Redpoint Meal (8c+/9a) in Yangshuo.
Ola has also stood on the podium at numerous climbing competitions across Asia, yet she approaches competition with refreshing ease and perspective:
“Opening new routes, being the first to reach a summit, exploring places no one’s been before—that’s what drives me. I love going where no one else has gone.”
Her stories of far-flung expeditions are vivid and magnetic—told with such passion and detail that they captivate listeners completely.
Beyond her athletic accomplishments, Ola is deeply engaged in social impact work, supporting climbing initiatives in underserved communities in India, Nepal, and Cuba. She believes that climbing is not only a way to bring out the best in ourselves, but also a powerful force for positive change.
For Ola, climbing is far more than a sport—it’s a way of building bridges, challenging limitations, and inspiring others to imagine what’s possible.
