On a daily basis, Marta works as an instructor at a climbing gym in Warsaw, and during the spring–autumn season she also teaches outdoors on real rock.

Her main passion is mountain climbing, but she also enjoys the challenges of sport routes.

In her coaching, she focuses not only on technique and strength but also on the mental side of climbing.

She has led workshops such as “The Mental Game in Sport Climbing”
