I’ve been teaching Ashtanga Yoga for the past eight years, though yoga entered my life a bit earlier and has been with me for over a decade. I fell in love with this method from the very first sun salutation, the moment I felt my breath reaching every part of my body. Since then, yoga has become my path—guided by a steady breath, with each asana offering direction along the way.
To deepen my sādhana at its source, I traveled to southern India, to Morjim, where I had the joy of practicing with Sharmila Desai.
I live with the belief that the greatest strength and wisdom lie in the simplicity of life. This perspective has been shaped by years of yoga practice and a deep respect for the world around me. I believe that each of us can find our own way to cultivate calm and balance—a way to feel at home in today’s world.
I’m also a certified breathwork therapist, trained in the SOS Breath Method developed by Sandra Osipiuk-Sienkiewicz.
Recently, thanks to EYC Camp, I’ve discovered the joy of climbing—which now brings me tremendous happiness. Beyond that, I’m a textbook cat lady, I can spend hours staring at the sea, I adore cinema, and I absolutely love hugs.
