Yoga is a space for me to pause, feel my body, and return to myself.
I’ve been practicing for 15 years — ashtanga yoga is closest to my heart, giving me energy, stability, and a daily rhythm. Equally important to me are breathing techniques — simple, transformative tools that I always carry with me.
Outside of yoga, I’m a mother of two, an architect with hands-on construction site experience, and someone with a deep curiosity about the world — lately, fascinated by offshore wind energy. I love creative explorations: working with clay, playing the piano, painting.
At the camp, I want to create a space for us where, through movement and breath, we can discover more lightness, variety, and a deeper connection to what is truly ours.
