What interests me most about climbing is how the body moves — where movement comes from, how to control it, and how to make it repeatable rather than accidental. This is what I aim to share during the one-on-one sessions I lead on the training wall.

During the Movement for Change Camp, I will lead sessions in the rocks, focusing on exploring movement in a natural environment — without rush, with mindfulness and a deeper understanding of movement, because for me movement is not just a tool for overcoming difficulties.

It is a way of getting to know your own body.
